ZR NUSANTARA SDN BHD is a 100% Malaysian Bumiputera company specializes in outsourcing, supplying and managing almost all manpower categories in the Heavy Industries like the Oil & Gas, Engineering & Design Services, Ship Repair & Conversion, Construction & Building Maintenance, Fabrication & Erection and Plantation. With years of establishment and support from our principals from Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and other countries, we are capable to meet the requirement for most business sectors either in Malaysia or overseas deployment particularly to the Middle East and Africa.

  • Identifying our client’s requirements, and meeting or exceeding the agreed standard.
  • Continually improving the effectiveness of our Quality Management Systems, including review of this policy every two years, of in light of legislation or change within ZR Nusantara.
  • Meeting all applicable Legal and Regulatory requirements for Foreign Workers
  • Promoting responsiveness and professionalism in all employees, including appropriate training.
  • Rigorously controlling the recruitment exercises, implementation, mobilization, and demobilization upon completion of all projects.
